Assessment Rates / Billing Method / Rate Levels

The Move-N Resident Care features robust options for billing resident care when coupled with the Move-N Accounts Receivables module. Assessments may be billed via Points, Time, or Dollar amounts.

Points and Rate: Current number of Points in the Assessment. These points are taken and compared to the Rate Level Library will calculate an amount to charge for each assessment. Method: The current billing method. You can figure a charge based on a monthly or daily rate, refer to the Billing Method portion of the help file for information.

Rate Level:  The Current Type Service of the resident that corresponds to the Rate Level library.

Acct #: The G/L Account for this assessment.
