Rate Level Setup

Information in the Rate Levels Library is used by the Move-Resident Care program to calculate resident billing. This is where the ranges for each charge amount is setup, whether you charge by points or time. For example, you may want a resident assessment with a total range between zero and three points to be a charge of $50, or you may want set the charge at $100 for a resident assessment with a total monthly requirement of four to eight points.

  • Go to Resident Care > Libraries > Rate Level
  • Note that the Select Services drop down allows defining a unique Rate Level for each Type Service Offered.
