Welcome to Move-N Help

If using Move-N for the first time you will benefit greatly by reading through the Introduction, Community Setup, and Libraries chapters. There you will find an overview of the most important steps required to get your program ready for everyday use.

Marketing

The Inquiry chapter covers all aspects of using Move-N to keep on top of your leads. Our simple process for new residents Move-N makes using this software a breeze! Be sure to check out our information on Residents to know how to look up information, track resident activity, and make data corrections.

Any good facility administrator will want to be an expert on our wide variety of  Reports.   Another interesting area of the program is the Scheduler.  You can use the schedule to organize your busy work routine! Use these tools to boost your productivity and sharpen your focus. Increased knowledge means better customer relations and superior business decisions!

Resident Care

When you are ready to begin working with your residents, check out the section on Resident Assessments for a complete and detailed walk through of the processes involved.

Resident Caregivers may use the simple Caregivers task fulfillment and  Schedule areas of the software to help them keep on top of their work.

Accounts Receivable

The accounting functions include a Resident Billing and Accounts Receivable component as well as a chart of accounts with general ledger interface. The AR programs allow the user to assign special events (or non-recurring) charges to a resident's statement, enter advance payments, deposits, receive monthly payments, print monthly statements, make adjustments, and run various management reports.

NOTE: For ease of Billing & AR Setup, please refer to the Setup Guide & First Time Use instructions. This guide will help you setup the program in the most efficient manner. Please contact Move-N technical support should you have any questions.

SECURITY: If the Security sub-system has been activated, only Users with permission to access Accounting Setup will be allowed entry.

  • Click on the Accounts Receivable link on the Main Menu.
