The Concept


Marketing Automation was created in response to the growing need to reach leads quickly.  In this digital age, more and more people are doing their shopping digitally and making almost  instant decisions as they sift through the information firehose online. It has become apparent that a Community Marketer may find it impossible to contact these online inquiries instantly and thus that lead is gone before any real connection is made.


Adding to this dilemma, is the fact that the Senior Living market is becoming more and more competitive. The challenge is for Sales/Marketing to make consistent and quick follow-ups and yet that still must be balanced with the ability to build a trust and rapport with their prospective leads in this relational, need based sale environment.


Marketing Automation is not meant to replace personal voice to voice connections, but to exponentially increase the efforts of your marketing staff by Automatically sending strategic emails without requiring your staff to remember or take the time to create it and send it.


Marketing Automation (MA) has two primary capabilities.


First, it will automatically send pre-designed and written emails to any individual Lead in your program based on where they are at in the sales cycle using an “if-then” scenario.


Second, it can send regularly scheduled mass email blasts based on Lead status.


The result is that once the email templates and the scheduling parameters (Rules) are determined in the set-up program, Move-N will provide continuous, automated, and personalized follow up.


Strategy


What is your digital marketing strategy? This will take some thought based on your individual community’s market. For instance, do you want to have a monthly or quarterly newsletter go out to all your leads? These can be predesigned and written in advance. What Community Events do you want to promote? A little pre-planning on the front end makes it all so much easier. What information should a scheduled move-in receive to make the moving day go smoother? This can be automatically triggered by a scheduled move-in. One less thing the staff has to remember in the hectic discharge or move-in process.
