Digital Tracking


The digital tracking screen is used to search for and display email activity and engagement for the community. In this screen information such as email status, number of opens, and number of clicks are some of the information shown. This screen will track manual emails, employee setup, and mail merge emails. (Automation emails can be tracked if that particular component is purchased)


You may search on an inquiry name, inquiry email address, email subject, and send dates. The information can then be sorted via the column headers such as Last Status or Name, etc.
