Professional Services

Click on the Professional Services tab to select applicable Physicians, Pharmacy, Hospital, etc. All drop down selections are pulled from the Organizations/Contact Library. You must select an item from the drop down menu to populate the fields (with the exception of Ambulance which can be free typed)

Click Update to see the list of Professional Services.

This list can include Physicians, Pharmacy, Mortuary and Ambulance names and contact numbers.
