Organization Library
Select Marketing > Libraries > Organization
Consider the Organization Library your extended Rolodex. In this library you can store all of your outside contacts, referral sources and organizations. This includes the company name, as well as the people who work for that company.
All organizations (businesses, insurance companies, newspapers, magazines, civic groups, churches, physicians, etc.) should be entered on this Organization Library screen. You can even add your competitors to record any Lost Inquiries.
An unlimited number of Organizations may be created with an unlimited number of Contact names for each organization.
