Multiple Assessments
Multiple assessments may be performed and retained for each resident, click the Previous Assessments tab to view. From this tab you can print the assessments, service plans, copy, and or lock.

button to lock / unlocking a previous assessment. Locking an assessment is a reminder to anyone accessing the assessment to not change any items.
