Forms

The Forms module will allow you to merge resident information in to Consent and Agreement forms along with the ability to link a file as an attachment to the resident record.

Accessing Resident Forms

Select Forms from the Navigation menu.

Resident Type: Select the resident status.

Resident Names: Pull the menu item down and select a resident name.

Form Types: Then select Consents, Attachments, or Agreements
