Consents


Create, merge, print and save resident responsible party information for consent  documents. Examples have been included  that can be used or modified to fit your community.




Select Consent Document to Merge: Select the consent document.


Merge: Press the Merge button to merge the contact information into the document. Your merged document will be displayed to print.



Adding a New Consent Document



Press the Add Consent Document button to add a new consent document.




Brief Name: Enter a short descriptive name for document


Full Name Description: Enter a longer descriptive name for document


File Name and Extension: The name of the document you have saved appended by .txw.


Module: Select the appropriate module for the document, i.e., Agreements, Consents, Mail Merge, AR Collections.
