Agreements


Create, merge, and print and save resident admission agreements. A basic admission agreement has been included to use or modify to fit your community needs.



Select Agreement Document: From pull down menu please select the appropriate agreement letter.


Review Agreement: Click this button to review the data that will be entered in to the agreement. You will have access to the Basic Agreement Info, Responsible Party, Charges, and Misc tab.

       


Print: Press the print button to merge the information in to the agreement for printing.




Adding a New Admission Agreement


To add a new agreement press the button. The resulting screen will come up.



Click the to begin the process of adding a new agreement template.



  • Type the new Agreement Name in the Document Name field. Click the  blue check when you are done with title. Click the Close when finished.
