Dollars Method
If you use the Move-N Resident Care program method DOLLARS (originally set up in Fee Setup tab of the Community Setup section):
Minute Field: Fill in the Minutes field with the actual minutes required to perform this level of service. (This may be manually altered during each resident's actual assessment.)
Cost per Minute: Indicate the cost per minute you plan to charge for this level or service. You may change this number during the assessment process if the actual cost per minute varies. Example: Some communities choose to charge additional fees when a secondary caregiver is needed.
Points Field: Not applicable when using the Dollar method.
Frequency: Indicate the different frequency levels that the service may occur. During the assessment process the minutes will be multiplied by the frequency chosen. Example: Escorting to meals may be 10 minutes. But if you escort to meals 3 times daily you may want to assign 30 minutes.
There is a setting to define whether the system calculates rates using frequency. It can be found in the Fee Setup tab of the Community Setup.
