Service Areas
The types of care provided to residents are entered in the Service Areas Library. Values relative to the amount of time required by a caregiver to provide a specific level of care are also entered. This information is used by the Resident Care program to calculate resident billing and to formulate resident care plans. The dollar amount calculated based on the assessment may be calculated in points, minutes, or a flat-rate dollar amount.
From the Main Menu > Resident Care > Libraries > Service Areas.
An unlimited number of Service Areas may be entered into the library, such as Activity Involvement, Bathing, Dressing, Feeding, Medication Management, Mobility/Transfer, Personal Hygiene, etc. as decided by the company.
For each Service Area, an unlimited number of Levels/Tasks may be entered.
For each Level/Task, an unlimited number of delivery frequencies may be entered.
