Aids/Interests/Notes Tab
* Click on the Aids/Ints/Notes tab on the Inquiry Information screen.
This tab is for additional information about the "primary" potential resident, not the companion. Once the companion is moved in, there will be a resident record created and the Res Addl and Aids/Ints/Notes tabs will be created.
Resident Aids & Resident Interests: An unlimited number of resident aids or resident interests may be entered by clicking the Select Resident Aids or Interests pull down menus. To add to the lists you can click the 
or 
quick access buttons.
NOTE: Mail Merges may be filtered by this Resident Interest field. This facilitates mailing invitations, etc. specific to the interest. More information can be found in the section on the Mail Merge Selection process.
