Status Definitions

No person may be moved-in as a resident in to the Move-N program without first starting out as an inquiry. Therefore, the accurate documentation of each inquiry is crucial. Each inquiry/resident record has a Status that determines where the record may be accessed in the sales process. Here is good example of how one might define the status choices.

Hot: Likely to move in within 30 days and is qualified medically, socially, financially, and has SENSE OF urgency.

Warm: Likely to move in within 60 days and is qualified medically, socially, financially, and has SENSE OF urgency.

Cold: Likely to move in within 90 days and is qualified medically, socially, financially, and has SENSE OF urgency.

Waitlist:  Waitlist is an inquiry that is waiting on a particular room or room type to become available. Changing the status of an inquiry to "Waitlist"prompts the user to enter information in the Wait/Lost/Reserved section.

Reserved: A Reserved inquiry is an inquiry that has possibly selected a room, put a deposit down, or scheduled a move-in date. Changing the status of an inquiry to "Reserved" prompts the user to enter information in the Wait/Lost/Reserved section.
Lost: is used to define an inquiry that is no longer active. When an inquiry status is changed to "Lost" (or "Not Qualified"), the prompt "Please complete the Lost Inquiry Information section" is displayed. Click OK and complete the required fields.

Pending: To assist in managing leads from the Centerpointe product, which imports leads from various referral agencies and other online sources, a new status of "Pending" has been added to your Move-N Marketing program. Pending inquiries are those, which need to be reviewed before an appropriate status of Hot, Warm, Cold, etc., can be assigned. Inquiries that are automatically imported via Centerpointe from these sources or inquires that are manually entered may be assigned this status. This status is only available in the Marketing module. Pending Status Inquiries will not be listed in Resident Care or the Accounting module.
