Service Fees

The Service Fee Library is only available in the optional Accounts Receivable program. Service Fees are charges that a resident may incur periodically such as transportation costs, guest meals, or special events such as a trip to a local theater. Items entered into this library are then available in the Accounting portion of the program on the Service Fee drop-down list for insertion onto one or more resident's monthly statement.

If you have already been through the setup in the Move-N Resident Care program, you have already entered this information.

  • Select Service Fees from the Libraries shortcut list by selecting the arrow to the right of the Libraries link on the menu bar.
