Resident Search / Selection



Accessed by clicking on Resident under the Accounts Receivable Menu.


This section of Accounts Recievable allows you to search for residents to edit and view AR information such as email statement information and collections activity for a specific resident.


Search filtering options include Resident ID, Resident Last Name, Status and Type Service.


Resident Info


The General resident information screen allows you to view the current status, type service, payor, unit room location and Move-In date.



You have the ability to combine statements with a different resident from this screen. Change the Resident Type to Secondary, select the Status and finally select the Resident you wish to combine the statement.



In the Email Settings tab you can elect for a resident to receieve emailed statements. If a resident's statement needs to be sent or copied to a third party or other recipent enter the recipent's email address, select the appropriate Send To Type and select Third Party if it is to be sent to a Third Party on the resident's record.



AR Collections


View previous collection notices, send a new collection notice or print collection notices.



Click on the  button to add a new collection.


A date, UserID and Activity Type are required to record a new collection notice. Follow Ups can be scheduled from this screen.
