Delete Level of Care

Select the Level/Task by clicking the arrow to the left of the level and select the number to be deleted.
Right click on the line and left press the Delete key.
Confirm that this is the desired action by clicking on the Yes button. If all levels are to be deleted, this may be performed as a single step.
