Resident Information


The Resident Information screen lists the current billing information, current status, type service, unit/room location, resident ID, Payor type and Move-In date.



The Resident's Next Rate Review date may be entered which will enable tracking via the "Rate Review by Date" report. This can be used to track when the residents next room rate increase date is due.


Combined with: This field allows the selected resident's statement to be combined with another resident statement. All resident's default to Primary when moved in. By selecting Secondary, additional fields will appear.Select the applicable status of the Secondary Resident and select their name from the drop down list.  The Statements will now be combined and printed on one statement. Payments and adjustments will still need to be made the individual that they apply to as the accounting data is still under individual Resident name.




ACH Setup: The ACH Setup button opens an Auto Payment Information screen which all fields are required to be completed in order to activate the account for automatic payment.
