Assessment Reports (partial list)
Assessment Due Dates: Displays all resident assessment due dates for the date range selected. Shows next and last assessment dates, resident name, unit and room number, and Center phone number.
Assessments Past Due: Displays all resident assessments past due compared to the computer date. Shows past due and last assessment dates, resident name, unit and room number, and Center phone number.
End of Shift:
Levels of Care Trended: Counts Total Points by Level of Care as of the first of each of the previous 13 months.
Resident Assessment Costs: Calculates total costs of Resident assessments based on minutes per month assessed for each area times hourly rate of assigned caregiver. Shows each assessment area and related minutes/costs for each resident.
Resident Assessment Summary: Calculates total number of residents by level of care for each assessment or service area. Based on today's current resident census. Displays the percentage of each level of care to number of residents using each service area.
Resident Assessments by Level: Calculates total number of residents by level of care for each assessment or service area. Based on todays current resident census. Displays Resident name along with the percentage of each level of care to number of residents using each service area.
Resident Assessments by Total Points: Lists all current resident with total assessment points and next assessment due date.
Resident Assessments with Care Charges: Provides a list of level of care charges listed by care level and by resident. Also included is resident location.
Resident Incident Tracking: Lists Incident types with notes for residents. Filters by date/Time, Resident, Caregiver and Incident Type.
Resident MARs: All Residents: Print all residents MAR reports at once.
Resident MARs Blank - All Residents: Print MARs with resident information but no tasks.
Resident Medication List: Lists medication information.
Resident Medication Refills: Lists medication information, along with Physician and Pharmacy information. Filters by Resident and by Expiration date of medication. Provides place to notate refills ordered and additional notes.
