Click on the arrow to the left of the Service Area to open the Level/Task area.
Click the button on the right of the screen. The Resident Care program automatically fills in the number for each Service Task or Level of Care in the correct numerical order starting with the number "1.00". This number can be edited to use a decimal number such as "1.5"
Click "Description of level of service to be provided." Enter a definition decided upon by your Center for the Level of Service for this Area.
Any number of levels/services may be established for each Service Area. Simply click the Add button on the center of the screen to add another Service/Level of Care for the same Area of Care.
