Thank you for purchasing Move-N Resident Care, this program includes five main functions.
Pre-Resident and current Resident Medical Information sheets to track various statistics such as
- Vital statistics, code status, mental and physical conditions
- Allergies, Diagnosis
- Medications, including MARS reports, and Medication Refills reports
- Physician, Pharmacy and other services information
Pre-Resident and current Resident Assessments
- Allows for customized levels of care (service areas)
- Calculates assessment charges based on points, time, and/or dollars
- Compare assessments revenue with costs of care for gross margin reports
- Transfers resident assessment data to customized service plans
- Monthly Fees may be included
- Service Fees may be batched and assigned (Optional Accounting component)
Service Plans produced from Resident Assessment Data
- Optional goals, service plans, and results create customized service plans by Resident
- Follow up Resident Assessments are scheduled
- Calculate actual care time versus budgeted care time
Resident Care Schedules and Staff Assignments are created
- Caregivers assigned to residents
- Staff work assignments are created
- Staff assignment checklist and schedules maintained
Billing and Accounts Receivable (Optional program component)
- Transfer room rates, care charges, monthly fees, and service fees to resident statements
- Pro-rates rent and resident assessment charges & monthly fees
- Tracks special event and non-recurring charges
- Prints resident monthly statements
- Enter cash receipts and multiple deposits and payments
