Mobile Scheduler
The Mobile Scheduler allows you to quickly gather information on upcoming activities and appointments. To start the Scheduler, tap the Navicon and then select Scheduler from the Menu. The Scheduler will be displayed.
By default the Scheduler will display any uncompleted Activities or Appointments for the current days business hours (8A to 5P) of the logged in employee. To display the entire 12 hour day tap the button. You can advance the date ahead or back by tapping the left and right arrows on the date selector. A red line will indicate the current time.
Accessing an Appointment or Activity
Tap the highlighted inquiry or contact name to enter the appointment. The Activity or Appointment screen will display.
Fill out all fields that have the red * , enter an objective or result, and tap the complete checkbox. Then tap the button.
