Care Threads
Care Threads or Care Threading is a way to allow an employee to take different areas (Incidents, Care Notes, Resident Communications, Skin Conditions, and Health Checks) of the resident and thread them together in to one area of the report. You can access the Care Threads from the Main Menu or from the Resident Wellness Dashboard.
Clicking the option will place you in to the Care Threads main screen. In this screen you are able to add new Care Threads, View/Edit Existing Care Threads and the components that make up the thread.
Click Existing to see the threads.
Double clicking a thread will display the details and allow adding an incident.
There are tabs for Incidents, Care Notes, Skin Conditions, Communications and Health Checks. This is a convenient way to tie all these together for a resident.
Navigating Care Threads
The Care Threads main menu will display all current and past care threads along with all Resident Care items that can possibly make up a Care Thread.
