Care Threads

Care Threads or Care Threading is a way to allow an employee to take different areas (assessment, goals and plans, focus areas (risks), Incidents, Care Giver Notes) of the resident care  and thread them together in one area. You can access the Care Threads from the the Resident Care Menu or from the Resident Wellness Dashboard.

Wellness Dashboard:

To search for Care Threads, put in a date range and click Search.

To further limit the results, enter a resident or resident status.

To create a new Care Thread, select a resident and click .

Enter required fields and Save.
