Duplicate Inquiries

The duplicate detection rules are used to determine if a record on file, matches the new incoming lead inquiry. If any field below matches then it is considered to be a POTENTIAL DUPLICATE.

Inquiry Name (First and Last name)
Inquiry Email
Inquiry Home Phone
Inquiry Cell Phone
Resident Name (First and Last name)
