Billing and Statements

Using the Print Resident Statements Tab of the Billing and Statements form gives you the ability to view and print projected billing and resident statements for the next billing period. This allows you to review all expected billings for errors/ omissions for one or more residents any time during the month.

NOTE: All current billings and payments received may be viewed, changed or adjusted within the current billing period prior to current Month End Close.

When you are ready to "close the month" by ending the current billing period and create Resident Statements for the next period month, use the Month End Procedures tab.

  • Select resident > to see one statement.
  • Click  to see the statement.  This will give you an online report to view, print, or save.

  • Click OK.

  • Open or save file.
