Diagnoses


The diagnoses library contains the diagnosis that are used in the resident's medical review. 


Select Resident Care > Libraries > Diagnosis



To add a Diagnosis click the button.



A description is required to save. 



To edit a Diagnosis double click on the diagnosis you wish to change, make any changes and save the changes.
